The Easter decoration was lovely and made us feel festive. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the complimentary water bottles were appreciated. the location was perfect for exploring the area and was within walking distance of many restaurants.
The staff was not friendly and seemed disinterested. We had to wait for over an hour for check-in, which was frustrating after a long journey.

This hotel benefits from a calm and quiet setting just a short walk from the bustling tourist area. For those in need of a caffeine hit, there's always the option of popping into the next coffee shop. the spacious rooms are kept immaculately clean with comfortable beds, and some even feature stunning views. To top it off, the friendly staff offer a helpful service that is second to none.
Some guests have reported that the breakfast service could be improved.

Room spacious and clean. Bathroom had a bathtub and nice view of the city from the window. Hotel located in a central area with easy access to the city's main attractions.
Cleaners were noisy and disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the hotel didn't live up to our expectations, and we would look for a better option if we return to the city.
